We launched ‘Meet the Exhibitors’, a series of free live digital webinars in May last year as a direct cause of Covid to help our exhibitors reach customers during the limitations of lockdown. However, having seen such a great response with over 20,000 registrations to date, there has been high demand for us to continue this initiative. We now facilitate webinars on a continuous monthly basis.

With few live exhibitions currently planned to take place in the UK this year, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your brand and engage with a live audience whom you otherwise might not reach face to face during this current situation.

Terms & Conditions

The webinar must run no longer than the pre agreed time (usually 45-60 minutes) 
The booking is non-transferable to other parties and any change once published may require an admin charge to be paid. 
MBS Digital Ltd (the organiser), Mind Body Spirit Festival Ltd or any associated parties are not liable for the content shared in the webinars. 
The organiser is not responsible for any fault with the technology used (ZOOM) or failure for the session to record. Should the technology result in the webinar not being able to broadcast live, a new date will be arranged. 
The organiser is not responsible for any technical issues encountered by the presenter – e.g faulty internet connection. 
The organiser cannot guarantee a set number of attendees. 
Once booked you will be sent availability for at the earliest the following month, booking a webinar will not get you a slot in the current calendar month. 
Webinars are run on Monday - Friday at either 13.00 or 18.00 UK time. Webinars do not run on weekends or UK bank holidays
The Presenter or Company booking agrees to not share content that is inappropriate, illegal, factually inaccurate, in bad taste or that could cause offence. 
The Presenter or Company booking will not break any copyright laws, any breach of these will be the Presenter or Company booking responsibility. 
Throughout the webinar the Presenter or Company booking must not conduct their business in a manner that could bring the reputation or integrity of the Organiser, Festival and associated parties into disrepute. 
This agreement is made in line with UK law.
